Grand Junction Wedding

I love this town so dang much. When I first moved to Grand Junction, I wasn’t stoked - I had always lived in a big city and now the nearest Trader Joes was a whole 4 hours away - how was I to do it! But low and behold, Grand Junction is actually the most amazing city in Colorado and here’s why.

When these two reached out to me to photograph their Grand Junction wedding while they were in town for another event - I was stoked. We settled on the beautiful backdrop of the red rock canyons and mesas for them to share their vows in front of family and friends on FaceTime before we wandered around exploring more of the monument. We even went on a small hike to one of my favorite spots in the monument, a mini non-technical slot canyon! The day went absolutely perfectly, the only wrench in the plan was finding a restaurant that was open on a Sunday for them to celebrate at after our time together, ha!

Hi, I'm Kimberly 👋

Colorado elopement photographer, snack enthusiast, and your personal hype woman for ditching the traditional wedding entirely.

I spend most of my time wandering dirt roads around Crested Butte, the San Juans, and Denver finding the kind of spots that make you forget what stress even feels like. You know — the ones with the views that hit different at sunrise, where the wildflowers are doing too much, and the only witnesses are a couple of marmots and your dog in a tiny bandana.

If you're dreaming of vows somewhere wildly beautiful with zero seating charts involved, hi. That's literally what I do. You bring the love story. I'll bring the camera, the location ideas, and enough snacks to get us through golden hour.
