All Inclusive Elopement Packages in Colorado

What Your Day Actually Looks Like

You fly or drive into Denver, toss your bags down at your rental, sleep like a rock, wake up, and put on your wedding clothes. That's the last decision you make.

Your bouquet is already picked up. Your hair and makeup artist is already booked and briefed. Your cake (or donuts, or pastries, or whatever sounded good when I asked you two months ago) is in my car. Your timeline is built. Your photographer (hi) and second photographer are already caffeinated and on the way.

You two show up, breathe some mountain air, say your vows somewhere you can’t believe is real, eat cake, and go home married. The whole thing takes about 4 hours and you won't touch a planning spreadsheet once.

Pick Your Location

Four spots, all within an hour of Denver, each with a timeline already built around the light for that time of year. You pick one. I've already scouted them all more times than I can count.

Loveland Pass

Available year-round (yes, even January. It's plowed because skiers need it.)

Highway 6 tops out at 11,990 feet on the Continental Divide. Ridgeline views in both directions, pull offs at the summit, and on a weekday you'll probably have the whole place to yourselves. Snow deep into June, wildflowers in August, golden aspens in September. I've shot vows here in every season and it delivers every single time.

The downside: it's exposed and windy. Like, always. Bring a warm layer even in July and maybe don't wear a cathedral length veil unless you want it in another zip code.

Rocky Mountain National Park

Available year-round

The one everyone's seen on Pinterest and it looks even better in person. Elk in the meadows, frozen lakes in winter, Trail Ridge Road above treeline in summer. Vows happen at your Airbnb or a nearby spot outside the park (in-park ceremony permits are $300 and not guaranteed, so we skip that headache entirely), and then we spend the rest of the time in the park for photos and exploring.

The downside: summer weekdays still get crowded in the popular areas. We go early, we know where the people aren't, and we work around it. I've been shooting here for 10 years so I have my spots.

Brainard Lake / Long Lake

Available July through October (timed parking reservation required, I handle it)

Glassy alpine water, Indian Peaks Wilderness in the background, resident moose if you're lucky. The walk to Long Lake is short and flat. This is one of my favorite spots in the entire state and it feels way more remote than it is.

The downside: the parking reservation system is competitive and opens months in advance. Getting one is part of what I handle, but if it's taken, we have a backup plan.

Guanella Pass

Available June through November (road closes in winter)

The summit sits at 11,670 feet with Mount Bierstadt across the willows and alpine tundra in every direction. 45 minutes from Denver, feels like another planet. One of the closest real deal mountain experiences to the city and it's gorgeous from wildflower season straight through fall color.

The downside: the summit lot is also the Mount Bierstadt trailhead, so at sunrise you're sharing it with hikers who all had the same idea. We walk a few minutes away from the lot and you'd never know they were there.

What’s Included

Your all-inclusive elopement package includes all of this:

Photography

4 hours of weekday elopement coverage (Tuesday through Thursday) plus a second photographer. Sneak peek within the first week, full gallery in about 8 weeks.

Location + timeline

One of the four locations above, with a timeline built around sunrise or sunset data for your specific date. You pick the spot, I build the day.

Florals

One bouquet or boutonniere per partner from a local Denver florist. I pick them up morning-of and bring them to you.

Hair and makeup

Hair and makeup for one partner. I book the artist, coordinate the call time, and make sure they know what "adventure proof" means. Want it for both of you? I can set that up too, just ask.

Cake or sweets

A small cake, a box of donuts, pastries from a local bakery, whatever sounds celebratory to you. I pick it up. I bring it. I make sure it survives the drive. (This is a skill I have perfected and I'm weirdly proud of it.)

Perfect for Couples Who

If you're flying into Colorado for your elopement and the idea of researching florists, hair stylists, and bakeries in a state you've never been to makes you want to close your laptop and elope at a courthouse instead, this is the one.

Also great if you live in Denver and just genuinely do not want to plan anything except what you're going to say to each other. No judgment. Planning is not everyone's love language.

What This Doesn’t Include

• Weekend availability. This is weekdays only (Tuesday through Thursday).

• Locations more than an hour from Denver. If you want the San Juans, Crested Butte, or Telluride, those are a full day trip and that's what my regular packages are built for.

• More than 4 hours. If you want sunrise AND sunset, private vows AND a family ceremony, that's a full day. Check out the elopement day timeline examples to see what that looks like.

• Videography, officiant, or additional vendors beyond what's listed. I can recommend people for all of those if you want them.
