One Year Anniversary Photos in Moab

Last November, Keith and I took a trip down to New Mexico to celebrate these two. Hands down, one of the most intimate weddings I’ve ever been to. The family and bridal party all stayed together in a hacienda in the Santa Fe Mountains, we ate posole for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (a staple in our house once a month now), and they celebrated their day the best way ever - by doing exactly what they wanted to do to celebrate them and their love.

Some of my favorite memories of their wedding were the mariachi band, how there was ALWAYS food around, the amazing hacienda/venue, and their amazing family and friends who welcomed me with open arms.

It didn’t hurt to see my partner, Keith, dressed up in a suit for his best man speech either ;)

For their one year anniversary, they came to visit, and Keith and I drove them out to some of our favorite spots around Moab, Utah. What follows is a celebration of their relationship and love after their first full year of marriage!

Hi, I'm Kimberly 👋

Colorado elopement photographer, snack enthusiast, and your personal hype woman for ditching the traditional wedding entirely.

I spend most of my time wandering dirt roads around Crested Butte, the San Juans, and Denver finding the kind of spots that make you forget what stress even feels like. You know — the ones with the views that hit different at sunrise, where the wildflowers are doing too much, and the only witnesses are a couple of marmots and your dog in a tiny bandana.

If you're dreaming of vows somewhere wildly beautiful with zero seating charts involved, hi. That's literally what I do. You bring the love story. I'll bring the camera, the location ideas, and enough snacks to get us through golden hour.
